Today marks the lowest point of my career experience in Human Resource. Despite garnering past experience in recent months that senior management are scrutinising how our HR works behind the scenes to focus on developing and maximising human capital. We fumbled.
There is a fundamental error in the way the department function. I had admired Dr Goh Keng Swee about his spirit to be a good and capable second man to Mr Lee Kuan Yew in the founding years.
