There is this saying “Walk the Talk”. This seemingly a little gesture yet majestic in value. While I do recognise that my organisation wants to develop our people with 2 things in mind:
1. Reward good performers, this would help to retain talent would they view would contribute much to the organisation.
2. Sending them for upgrading courses. With these development courses, they are exposed to other good practices in the market and they would be able to contribute and strengthen the system in the organisation further.
But how many bosses think the same way?
